It all started with making up stories at the piano with my mom while swinging my legs at the piano bench. Since then, music has ballooned into a life beyond my wildest imagination.  I still weave those musical stories, but I now share them with students and teachers across the country and around the world.  Best known are my piano publications, though I have ventured into the realm of band, orchestra and vocal music.  I also enjoy writing my own lyrics for song cycles.
